Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of App Listing Screenshots, its screenshot studio, accounts, and export credits. “We” means Ben Baler, the service operator, reachable at benbaler@gmail.com. Read these Terms before creating an account or buying credits. Our Privacy Policy explains personal-information handling.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If acting for an organization, you must have authority to bind it. Provide accurate account information, protect your password, and contact us promptly about suspected unauthorized use. Credits and export receipts belong to the account that obtained them.

2. The studio and your content

The service lets you arrange screenshots, add text and styling, and export PNGs. You retain your rights in your uploaded material and designs. You give us only the permission necessary to process that material to provide the service, including rendering exports through our providers. You are responsible for having rights to images, trademarks, fonts, and other material you use, and for obtaining any needed permission to process other people’s information.

Do not upload unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, distribute malware, bypass payment or security controls, or abuse accounts and infrastructure. Avoid uploading credentials or sensitive personal information. We retain rights in our software, branding, and supplied assets, subject to applicable third-party licenses. Apple and Google are not sponsors of this service; their names and marks belong to their owners.

3. Export credits and payments

New accounts receive 3 free export credits. When purchases are available, the current pack is 20 export credits · $9.99 USD. Purchases are one-time payments, not subscriptions. Any applicable tax and final amount are shown at checkout before payment.

One credit unlocks a new set of uploaded images. Text, colors, layout, image order, and size changes are free to export with the same images. Adding, removing, or replacing a unique source image creates a different image set. A successfully rendered new set consumes one credit. A failed render does not consume a credit, although a delivery problem after successful rendering may require a repeat download of the same set.

Credit delivery depends on payment confirmation. If a payment remains pending, use Check payment or contact support before buying again. Credits are for this service and are not money or transferable between accounts. No automatic credit expiry is currently implemented. Future price changes apply to future purchases.

4. Refunds and consumer rights

For duplicate charges, undelivered credits, defective exports, cancellation, or refund requests, contact benbaler@gmail.com with your account email and transaction reference. Do not include your card details. Requests will be assessed under applicable law and the circumstances of the purchase; these Terms do not impose a blanket no-refund rule.

A refunded or reversed purchase removes the associated credits. If some were already used, that adjustment can reduce credits available from later purchases. This ledger adjustment does not independently authorize a new charge to your payment method.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights concerning refunds, withdrawal, defective digital content or services, or other consumer protections. Starting a download or accepting these Terms alone is not an express waiver of a statutory withdrawal right.

5. Availability and results

Keep backups of your originals and downloaded files. Editing does not create a permanently stored project, and closing or refreshing the studio can lose unsaved work. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every browser, app-store approval, or any increase in downloads or sales. You must review exports and current store requirements before submission.

6. Suspension and ending use

You may stop using the service and request account closure by contacting support. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, unlawful use, security threats, or material breaches of these Terms. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us. Closure or suspension does not remove rights or remedies required by law, including remedies concerning unused paid credits.

7. Responsibility and disputes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without additional implied warranties. We do not exclude responsibility for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded. Mandatory consumer guarantees remain in effect.

Please contact benbaler@gmail.com to try to resolve a dispute. These Terms do not require arbitration, waive class-action rights, or prevent you from using courts or consumer remedies available under applicable law.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the service changes, publishing the revised date and providing additional notice where required. Material changes will not retrospectively remove rights attached to purchases already made. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent lawful. 9. ChatGPT plugin

The App Listing Screenshots ChatGPT plugin accepts images you choose to submit, stores its source images and project settings under an anonymous connection, and renders previews and PNG exports. Plugin source images, projects, and series have no automatic expiration. New series PNGs and ZIP files are retained until a deletion request; their signed links have no automatic expiry. Older exports retain their 24-hour deletion schedule and one-hour links. You may request deletion by contacting benbaler@gmail.com with the series ID when available. The plugin does not upload images to an app store, edit your app's source code, perform keyword research, process purchases, or generate images with an AI model.
